Karl and all former DNSO GA members or other interested stakeholders/users,

  Again and again what the ICANN BoD has done regarding representation
by ALL interested stakeholders/users, which was and should be one of their
most important directives from as far back as 1999, has been treated as if
it was a very low priority and never taken seriously as Karl reflects in his

remarks below in response to this nonsensical ALAC proposal...
