It is intolerable how they have bastardized the trademark system. But hey, money talks and bullshit walks. A lobbying group to change this system from a grassroots methodology and mid term elections may actually work.
That group of tradmarkers and copywriters and patenters is starting to get bad press as it is.
  The litigation approach is just to costly unless a class were established.
   
  If you think of it; to steal a language is about as horrible a thing as you can do.

Neither of them are entitled to apple dot everything that might be created
and the idea of sunrise protection is ridiculous. ICANN continues to help
foster this invalid assumption on behalf of IP interests and needs to stop.
