The correct url is, I believe, http://forum.icann.org/lists/alac/. The lists

The subscription link is fixed -- it referenced "majordomo@xxxxxxxx"; it
should have referenced "majordomo@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx". The dnso.org domain long
ago disappeared from ICANN's control.
Regarding Richard Henderson's email: there are many messages like the
following in the logs:

It appears that smtpin.ntlworld.com doesn't like ICANN addresses.
Regarding the IPC website: the last URL I have for it is ipc.gnso.icann.org.
However, that site hasn't been updated in ages, and I believe that they were
working on another one. I don't know anything further about it.
