Vittorio, you sidestepped the entire issue once more as is your wont... so
with ALL DUE RESPECT please explain to us how certain ALAC structures were
approved when they DO NOT HAVE A WEB SITE NOR ANY WEB BASED MECHANISM TO
FACILITATE PUBLIC DISCUSSION/INPUT?
