Mr./Her Haupman and all former DNSO GA members or other interested
stakeholders/users,

  I agree with Her Haupman in that want Richard/Wendy suggested is
in no way socialistic.  However "May be fair" and "Equal" is also of
some question and /or debate as well... A new or renewed debate
and discussion on introducing additional and/or new constituencies
is very problematic at best...
