Eric and all former DNSO GA members or other interested
stakeholders/users,

  I believe the form/forms of stakeholder/user representation have been
discussed and hotly debated on this forum on more than on occasion.
The fractioned results lead to the DNSO and especially the GA to
be abandon by the ICANN BoD by decree.  And than a renewed
effort now called the ALAC insued.a

  Respectfully the GA was and IMHO remains the best overall model
for stakeholder/user representation if well funded and adequately
promoted.   It did work but was undermined by phony and tainted
elections or votes by watchdogs whom were blind or ignored
participants for many and varried invalid reasons.  Yet the voting
method/ballots was expectable but perfect.
