Danny and all former DNSO GA members or other interested
stakeholders/users,

Danny your incorrect in your subject line suggestion. Esther was ONLY

suggesting how to vote not "TELLING" anyone how to vote. This is
clear in the email in the ALAC archives which you so kindly provided
as the term "should" denotes..

ICANN Staff will always or likely always meddle in any affairs in
as an indirect and back-door fashion as it so far always has whenever
the notion strikes them... This too of course is not appropriate or
ethical in what is supposed to be a bottom-up and transparent
ongoing process... Hence leaving us all where we started, that
the ALAC is not legitimate body or group as a reasonable at-large
stakeholder/user representative body. Yet ICANN again has
decided to change in structure with it's most recent announcement.

Yet the unpublished correspondence from Mr. Wilson two which
you further refer would seem to be less than ethical as a means of
"Influencing" voters in any fora...

It is or should be clear that this resolution is in several areas
ill advised as well as certainly ill fated if passed.
