For those of you waiting for a great atlarge movement, but who still feel there are concerns, you could voice your opinions, somewhere.
If you are informed about anycasting and have the understanding about why dotORG was down for about half an hour you may want to peruse http://www.icann.org/general/icann-mou-25nov98.htm and then find a nice way to say that the parties should comply with the amendments to the MOU.
I would hope lessons learned could be applied by ccTLDs.
