Eric and all former DNSO GA members or other interested
stakeholders/users,
Good question! It's obvious that the ICANN BoD and staff have no
earthly idea as to an appropriate answer. However this in and of itself
is not concerning provided that the ICANN BoD and staff clearly
and concisely take public comments/answers/remarks and/or ideas
as adequate and expectable language for a stated policy on Whois...
However given ICANN's BoD's and staff's history this is unlikely...
