Wasn't there a list that disappeared a while back because it was hitting on some stuff some guy was suing Verisign about? And didn't that have to do with conspiracy stuff?
And weren't they some or all of the same actors. And if you were luck enough to save some of the stuff off that list weren't they saying things like "No Jeff, the solution is for people to realize that ICANN
has no power over them if they would just change their
computer settings. Each person has the power over his or
her own computer and ISP's have the power to switch from
ICANN any time they want.

Oops that is a quote off of this list right before it was yanked. Think of the lists as great big "whois" data bases that can be supoenaed by prosecution lawyers or defense lawyers. Mark my words this is a rope a dope tactic that will backfire the lawsuit into the oblivion which was always intended so a compromise can be reached without stakeholder input and enforced by the court.
