Hugh/Eric and all former DNSO GA members or other interested
stakeholders/users,
It seems that recently the WTO is on the out's or down slide in a
number
of areas with respect to trade. Hence I have to wonder why Vietnam is
so very interested in gaining acceptance by the WTO.... ????
