Andrew and all,

  Good point Andrew.  But the NCUC is not for individuals whom
are not registrants, per se.  Still the NCUC has a good function
to the extent it is/was intended to be.  Yet as Karl pointed out
some of us are both non-commercial/non incorporated AND also
have commercial interests as domain name holders, which the 
NCUC doesn't provide for very well to date.  Yet Univerisities are
allowed to join the NCUC and they have both non-profit and
for profit commercial activities... I guess that universities
or educational entities are a special case?  If so, I can't
immagine a 'good' reason why...
