George and all,

  No I haven't.  But than again as usual I didn't expect to either
as answering questions has never been a halmark of ICANN
sense it's conception.  Thanks of publicly asking though.  I
can only deduct that it is ICANN's policy to provide for
a forum to ask questions, but not to expect an answer accordingly.
FWIW, if I am correct, such a policy and practice is not only
highly irregular, but is paramount to rude and inappropriate
behavior and is FAR removed from professional behavior.
