Yes, please. It is not always possible to participate in a
teleconference. TF members should be able to voice their opinions even
if they are not on the teleconference. If not, we will be slower in
reaching a consensus in the end.

Also new ideas are better discussed by email beforehand. And I do not
mean emails sent shortly before a teleconference, but real
discussions, giving people )who have other obligations) some time to
think and reply.
