Commercial and Non-Commercial Stakeholder Groups have unanimously concurred in 
the selection of Heather Forrest as vice chair of the GNSO Council on behalf of 
the non-contracted parties house.

Dear Glen,

Please consider this as the formal notification that the Commercial and 
Non-Commercial Stakeholder Groups have unanimously concurred in the selection 
of Heather Forrest as vice chair of the GNSO Council on behalf of the 
non-contracted parties house.  Our understanding is that she will assume that 
positon at the end of the upcoming council meeting.  Please let us know if 
there is anything further needed from us in order to accomplish this.   Thank
