Besides projects such as the GNSO Learn module program (which Lars briefed you about in Buenos Aires) and the revamped GNSO "one stop shop" policy documents webpage, among other ongoing efforts, staff was requested to develop a set of uniform definitions and descriptions for the most commonly used GNSO policy making structures and mechanisms. Please find attached a draft document that we hope will be helpful to you and your constituency and community groups. Presented in tabular form, it includes definitions of terms like "PDP Working Group", "Non-PDP Working Group", "Consultation Group" and so on as well as specific notes on the expected deliverables and outputs from each such group. Please note that this is still a work in progress, and we expect to update it as work is completed on other, related projects (e.g. Working Group Sign-On and the recommendations from the Cross Community Working Groups on a Framework of Principles for Future Cross Community Working Groups (affectionately and perhaps more recognizably known as CWG-Squared).)
