Hi Ching,

The Issue Report, 1.7, recommends "that the GNSO Council should initiate
a PDP, but should delay the next step in the PDP process (the formation
of a Drafting Team...)" -- making reference to the Board's Nov. 8 WHOIS
Resolution that launched the expert working group.

Do you want to follow that recommendation, and include a pause before
launching the drafting team to synchronize with recommendations by the
Directory Services Expert Working Group?
