Why can't Rod comment directly describing his intention? He has access to the 
list.

I think you need a bullet point added if, indeed, it does go ahead (which I am 
against).

- if the meeting takes place the meetings must be recorded and transcribed and 
made available within 48 hours to ensure the content can be discussed at the 
ICANN Meeting.

What do others think about this approach, which I would support as it sends a 
more gentle signal than simply "we're not going to attend"?
