Re: [council] FW: Affirmation reviews / deadline for RT applications / possible further extension

Hi

Ok, the dates in the action plan and motion need tweaking (process doc is
unaffected). If apps are due the 7th and Council selections are due the 17th,

*When shall we say SGs must get in their nominations? The 10th, after
constituency day?
*Evaluation Team to submit its analysis to Council 14th? (gives them two days
after the meeting)
*Special Council call for the vote on the 15th? (We might want some wiggle
room before the endorsement deadline in the event the first round results in
inadequate diversity and the ET needs a day or two to work something out in
consultation with the SGs)
