[council] Apologies from Maureen Cubberley

Hello All,

I received a call from Maureen Cubberley today.

She has asked me to note her apologies for the upcoming Council call.
She had surgery on her hand earlier this year - and some further surgery
is required.

Maureen is keen to become more engaged in the work of the Council as
soon as the hand heals.   She has volunteered to serve on any new task
forces and committees that are created where she can make a
contribution.
