Marilyn Cade has communicated that she is off line and is travelling but
will attend  the WHOIS SC teleconference.

With regard to Task Force 2: Review data collected and data displayed

She  has requested that the following phrase be added immediately following:

Description of Task Force:

There are legitimate needs for public access to the WHOIS database; there
are also questions about the purpose for which the data is collected and
used.
Questions and concerns have been described that there are some domain name
holders that are concerned about their privacy.
