Dear Michele,

Following on the notification sent by Aysegul Tekce, one of the newest members of the Registry Services team, we are writing to provide you and the Registrars with Schedule B of the Top Level Domain Holdings (TLDH) RRA. Schedule B is referenced in the redlines to TLDHs RRA so we wanted to ensure the registrars had the opportunity to review it as well. TLDH has informed ICANN that the Schedule B is TLD specific. For the TLDs that are the subject of this RRA amendment, the Schedule B only applies to the following TLDs:

.beer
.casa
.cooking
.country
.fishing
.horse
.rodeo
.surf
.vodka
.wedding
.work

Currently, there is no Schedule B for .abogado, .budapest, .luxe, .miami, or .yoga as no registrar has signed an RRA for these TLDs.

Apologies for not providing this document when the original notification was sent to the registrars.

Attached please find the cover letter and redlines of proposed changes to the recent Top Level Domain Holdings Limited (parent company of Minds+Machines) RRA Amendment to be shared with your Stakeholder Group for the following TLDs:

  *   .horse
  *   .luxe
  *   .miami
  *   .rodeo
  *   .surf
  *   .vodka
  *   .wedding

Please note that there is one amendment covering all the TLDs above. Per the RRA Amendment Procedure, the RrSG has up to 21 days to review the proposed changes. If the registrars have concerns, please advise ICANN by responding to this message no later than 23:59UTC on 18 July 2014. If there is no response by this time, ICANN will assume there are no concerns and will continue processing the requests. If the RrSG responds with concerns, ICANN will continue to the next step of the RRA Amendment Procedure which is to consult with the RrSG and the Registry Operator.
