[registrars] Updating RC-Members list entries.

Dear Registrars:

We are building a new Registrars list which will include Voting members and other list members appointed by Voting members.

To date, only seven voting members have advised us the email addresses of their appointed members.

In the list below, you will see the names of Member firms preceded by a number.  That number is the number of persons from said firm presently on the old Registrars list at registrars@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.  

If the number is 1, it may be as the voting member wished it to be.  However, if the number is greater than one, the voting member may want to advise Cristin and me of their desire to appoint other company members (or consultants).

If the number is greater than one and,  if you are *not* the voting member, and if this Email is addressed to you, you may want to ask your voting member to appoint you to the new list.
