If you read through the site, especially their t+c's, it sounds like
they go renew it for you at the current registrar.
I can't find anywhere that they claim to be a registrar.
They sound more like a "renewal reminder service". Pretty shady, imho,
but I don't see how to stop them other than via customer awareness - we
warn our customers to ignore renewal notices that don't come from us.

Dear Members: This Email came from "Domain Renewal"

It is my own domain. How could this information have been obtained
without misuse of Whois?
I think the RC should take strong action against this kind of attempted
transfer. I think action by ICANN would be appropriate.
It is interesting to contemplate how domainrenewalonline.com would
obtain the authcode in order to effect a transfer.
Perhaps I should let it get transferred to discover who the new
registrar is. Doubtless the offending firm is a reseller for an ICANN
Accredited Registrar, perhaps even an unwitting member of our Constituency.
