Why do we need a .POST? Can't they do this same thing with a sub-domain
like post.int?

ICANN received the attached communication from the Universal Postal Union
(UPU) regarding its negotiation of the .POST sTLD agreement. The
communication is intended to share with the community and your constituency
the unique aspects of the .POST proposed business model and the benefits
that the proposed sTLD will bring to the DNS.
An announcement and this information are also posted on the ICANN web page
(www.icann.org).
A public comment forum has been established to receive feedback on the UPU
communication. Comments may be posted to stld-rfp-post@xxxxxxxxx and viewed
at http://forum.icann.org/lists/stld-rfp-post.
