RE: [registrars] Nominations for GNSO Council seats.
Hello All,
I also support Tim Ruiz's nomination.
Tim has been an effective contributor as the former vice-chair of the
constituency, and has been active in several GNSO policy activities
including the WHOIS policy work. Tim also attends nearly all (if not
all) ICANN meetings.
Regards,
Bruce Tonkin

Dear Registrars:
I nominate Tim Ruiz as Registrar Constituency representative for
our North America seat on the GNSO Council.
During the three years that he has been our Vice Chair and Chief
Technology Officer, his participation in the deliberations of Excom
*and* Registrar Constituency affairs in general have always been even
handed and constructive. He has my unqualified support to assume the
reins so ably held by Ross Rader during his terms representing us on the
GNSO Council.
Regards, BobC
