Dear Jay: Thank you for this posting. I sincerely
appreciate your initiatives during your term as Secretary. I'm sure
that new web site is just what "the doctor ordered" to improve
communications within our Constituency.

I look forward to seeing you again in Puerto Rico. Hopefully,
you'll be able to get me up to speed with the web site. I know you
wrote that the general membership will be able to participate in the
maintenance.

On a general note, I believe you have two more ballots which you can
add. That will make a total of 40 ballots. The largest vote
using Boardrooms.org was about 28, if my memory serves me
correctly. That was less than a 50% participation. On most
issues (as opposed to the election of officers), we were lucky to get
20. Getting 66% to vote was very encouraging. You and Cristin
did an excellent job of conducting this election and I would like to be
the first to congratulate you:-)

What now remains is to make sure that voting members know that their
voting email addresses *must* be addresses for which they can *both*
send and receive email.

See you soon, personal regards, BobC
