I think all candidates running for election for a RC role should state
whether or not their ICANN payment obligations have been paid in full and
are up to date for each registrar for which they work/represent.<br><br>
</font>Prior to 2007, dues were paid on a fiscal year basis, July 1 to
June 30.&nbsp; The decision was made to switch to a calendar year basis.

Since we were awaiting ICANN's decision on &quot;hosting&quot; our bank
account, the present payment system was set up on 3 November 2006 by John
Berryhill (Treasurer for May 2005 to 2006).&nbsp; Here was his Email to

I'd like to have someone try it out first, to confirm that it

As incumbent Treasurer, I was the first to test it and my test payment
was successfully received.<br><br>
Subsequent, Cristin Donahue was brought aboard as a part time assistant
to the Treasurer and the Secretary.&nbsp; <br><br>
Cristin prepared a comprehensive Excel sheet for updating payment
records.&nbsp; After the old list was updated and unpaid registrars were
purged, Cristin created an updated list of Voting Members.&nbsp; All of
the present candidates, as posted by Tim yesterday, are on the Voting
Members Excel list, last updated on 23 March 2007.<br><br>
