Government Advisory Committee (GAC), an American citizen living and doing
domain business in Japan was forced out of office and replaced by a
Japanese national living in New York:-(<br><br>
Thus, we need the GNSO member to be a citizen of a country in Asia,
Africa or South America. <br><br>
