But empiricism is so "20th Century". There are those who understand what
should be done. Do not allow facts to get in the way.
It is a beautifully named working group. If you are a newcomer to Icann,
and you want to know who is interested in protecting your rights, then you
know immediately this working group is not interested in protecting your
rights. And that's true regardless of whom you are. The topic is to find
ways of having those who do not have rights to act in the interest of those
who do.
