I have attached a draft document that contains my impressions thus far regarding the expectations and concerns of various constituencies and groups. This information, as summarized in the attached document, was gathered from informal conversations, group discussions and public meetings while in Sao Paulo, Brazil at the December 2006 Annual Meeting. However, I wanted to give each of you an opportunity to provide written comments in this regard before this document is presented to ICANN's executive management for consideration. If you believe I incorrectly summarized your constituency's views, feel free to correct me. Your comments will be considered in determining ICANN's contractual compliance program objectives and goals. Additionally, it is very likely that your comments will be published on ICANN's website. I have a meeting with ICANN's executive management to present this information on Friday, 26 January 2007. Any comments that you can provide on or before 26 January 2007 will be greatly appreciated. I apologize for the short notice. In the event that you are unable to provide comments by 26 January 2007 I will still use them in my synthesis and your comments will be published with all of the other comments. Thanks for your assistance and I look forward to receiving your comments. Warm regards, Stacy K.
