No need for all of them to receive two copies.&nbsp; There is two
exceptions, Kurt and John at ICANN, who are not on the RC list.<br><br>
I have not been &quot;lurking&quot; in the background.&nbsp; I just
didn't think that I am possessed with enough legal knowledge to make a
definitive statement.&nbsp; Certainly others with far better background
have expressed their reasoned opinions.<br><br>
We have not been &quot;bugged&quot; by Verisign in any way.&nbsp; Had I
been pressured, I'd probably still go along with our Chair, Jon.<br><br>
Jim, I can understand your concern.&nbsp; I hope things work out for
