Dear RC Members:

As decided in the Florida meeting, Excom has contracted with John
Berryhill to have his staff create invoices for any Member requesting
them. These invoices are for membership fees of US$250.00 for the
time period July 2006 to June 2007.

ICANN is in the process of setting up a permanent bank account for the
Registrars Constituency. In the past, each Treasurer has set up a
personal account for the RC in his or her own name. Transitioning
from one Treasurer to the next has been complex and time consuming -- it
took three years to get our funds transferred from our first Treasurer to
our third Treasurer, jumping over the second;-}

Until the ICANN system is completely functional, funds are being
deposited in John Berryhill's Trust account.

Hope this bit of background will remove any confusion about the invoices
coming from John's office.

Respectfully submitted,
Robert F. Connelly
Treasurer
We may have filled in the background till the foreground went
underground;-}
