[registrars] .biz, .info. & .org Registry Agreements

ICANN just posted a new announcement regarding the proposed .biz, .info,
& .org registry agreements.

The new drafts include a set price of $6 with the right to annual 10%
increases without justification.  They also include a provision that
says that the registries would agree to discuss potential changes
(presumably to the renewal and pricing provisions) after the economist
releases a report, but without obligation to agree to any changes.
Finally, there are changes to the use of traffic data provision.
