Afternic paid by check as noted on the August statement.

The other payments should be associated with an IANA ID:

http://www.iana.org/assignments/registrar-ids

as the entity maintaining a registrar accreditation may not in all instances
neatly correspond with either the email address domain or the name under
which a particular registrar offers services to the public.
