That is outrageous, members of the panel get paid $25,000.00 by ICANN if a
registry submits a request for a new services. I think that is an extreme
payment to a panelist.

Jay - The worst part is the fee if you are selected to be on the 5 person
panel - $25,000.

FYI - ICANN has announced a 25 person panel to evaluate proposed new
registry services. If I'm not mistaken, there aren't any panel members from
