Southern Nevada, Inc. warns that Nevada residents and businesses are
receiving a letter from the ?Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation,? and
what looks like a cashier?s check from ?Tristar Financial Group.?&nbsp;
The letter states the recipient has ?been selected as one of the lucky
winners of $75,000 USD.?&nbsp; Included with the letter is the cashier?s
check for $2,850 USD ?being partial payment for your lottery
winnings.&nbsp; The said amount is the cost of processing your winnings
of $75,000 USD which must be paid before your remaining balance can be
transferred to you.?<br>

advised to keep the winnings private until the claim has been processed
and the payment remitted.<br>

<font face="Times New Roman, Times" size=4>Additionally, recipients are
told ?winners should not make processing fee payments from their personal
money.&nbsp; Therefore a check for the amount of the applicable
processing fee will be forwarded to you that must be cashed immediately
and sent to the processing office to further finalize your claim, this
amount will be deducted from your winnings when the grand total is
remitted to you.?<br>

recipient ?bounces? and the company pockets whatever form of payment the
recipient of the letter and bogus cashier?s check sends to the
