[registrars] Session in Registrars Constituency meeting on auctions - 9am to 11am on Tuesday 5 April

Hello All,

Tomorrow morning from 9am to 11am on Tuesday 5 April there will be a
discussion session on auction models for names before expiry, after
expiry, and after deletion at the registry.

The objective is to understand the various models currently in the
market or proposed in the market, and determine the issues that are
important to registrars.

There will also be a GNSO Public Forum on Wednesday morning where
auctions will be discussed at a higher level, and where the user
community will be encouraged to comment on any concerns they may have.
