Great observation Mike.
We could
also turn over the intellectual property rights to ICANN or GNSO etc.
I'd like to propose that we choose a suitable open license like the Gnu
Public License (www.gnu.org) or one of the Creative Commons licenses
(www.creativecommons.org)
