</b>A WIPO panellist has refused to transfer the domain name 'axamc.com'
to the owner of the AXA mark. The panellist held, among other things,
that 'axamc.com' was neither identical nor confusingly similar to the AXA
mark as it does not incorporate a hyphen or other visual separator
between the 'axa' element and the other letters, while the domain names
registered by the mark owner always do.
