It would be a good idea to clean up the Rules of Procedures as well. In
particular there are some ambiguities in the Elections section which looks
like a cut and paste from the Motions section that needs to be cleaned up.

Robert Connelly: would you also be joining in since you were present on the
last one it would help.

The plan -

* if it is a mammoth task lets not try and revise the WHOLE BY-LAWS document
and create 10 different goals. Ideally what id like all of you to do is do a
quick 2-3 reads of the document and lets identify 3-4 goals that we will
definitely accomplish by march argentina and focus on those

* We are not just talking abt revision but also talking about adding any new
statements to reflect intentions in certain cases

* we could create a mailing list (but I think thts an overkill) - just mark
a copy to all of us - but in the next 4 weeks (by 7th Jan) lets come up with
the specific goals. So all of us have 1 month to simply read the document
3-4 times quickly and come up with areas which we categorically need to
improve upon. I am stretching this until 7th of jan only because we have
holidays in the middle. Ideally we should be able to do this in 2 weeks
tops.

* all further communication about this will now be within the 4 of us (5 if
robert connelly is also in)

Once we finalize on the goals (by 15th jan) we will spread each out over 2
weeks and wrap them all up .....
