The ballot on the budget should have been sent from Boardrooms.org at 18:45
PST. I don't know why it did not get mailed. I am checking with admin.
Please vote promptly when you receive it. The ballot closes on the 29th,
we will discuss the results in the Cape Town meetings on the 1st and 2nd.
