[registrars] Looking for contact at domainmonkeys.com

Hello,

  I'm trying to contact somebody at domainmonkeys.com regarding their whois
service, which appears to be down right now.  Does anybody have contact
information for that registrar?

  Also, more generally, now that we are all required to have submitted our
special inter-registrar email address to ICANN, does anybody know how it is that
we can find out the address for other registrars?
