Dear Members:

Boardrooms.org will open this ballot on 7 October 2004

Originally posted a follows:

1. Post individual voting results, but only at the conclusion
of the voting period.
2. Continue to post individual voting results, during the entire voting
period.
3. Abstain.

Note: The Boardrooms.org system did not
permit this wording. The ballot has been reformatted as
follows:

Question: Should voters be able to see the votes of others
while the ballot is still open?

Options:
<x-tab> </x-tab>Yes
<x-tab> </x-tab>No
<x-tab> </x-tab>Abstain

This change has the effect of reversing the order, that is, a vote of Yes
selects #2, No selects #1.

Respectfully submitted by:

Robert Connelly
Secretary of the Registrars Constituency.
