[registrars] Malaysia Constituency Meetings on Tuesday instead of Monday?

What do you all think about seeing if we can move the Constituency meetings
to Tuesday in Malaysia instead of Monday? It might make it more convenient
for NA participants (who have the farthest to go this time).

Bhavin,

I haven't made up my mind on this meeting. If there were a simultanious
one-day rump meeting in North America of registrars, that's where I'd
go.
