Mike,
I hope you find this even more humorous =)
Since you are still a member of the constituency and apparently represent
two registrars as their constituency voting representative.
It would be, IMHO, unfair and anti-competitive for you to provide
privledged board member information relating to WLS to those registrars
you represent.
Since you are an ICANN board member and will have this information
regarding WLS negotiations with VeriSign how can we as competitors be
assured that you won't divulge information to those companies which you
represent within the constituency.
I hope that you will either recuse yourself from those discussions or make
the competitive information available to all within the constituency.
