Anyone making a presentation should really try to email one to all registrars by the Friday prior to the Rome meeting.  Even if it will be updated for the meeting, it will allow people to come up to speed and plan for a more useful discussion.

Our bylaws actually call for an earlier submission, but I think we need to be realistic about time constraints.

I will push the TF very hard to be able to make material available as
soon as possible.

We haven't even started to discuss any policies by now but I think that
the overall mindset of the participants is reflected pretty good in the
minutes (at least for TF2).
