[registrars] FW: [council] Clarification of participation in WHOIS task force calls by alternates

Please see the attached message as further clarification regarding observers to the Whois task forces.  As the original ballot shows runner ups for each TF, they should be invited to join the Whois TF calls and email lists.

I, unfortunately, can't open boardrooms at the moment, but would appreciate someone posting the results in response to this message.
