I bet that if I listen to the MP3, that I hear Marilyn's voice a fair bit.

Does this really happen in practice ?  Only one from each constituency
speaks (including the NC reps that joined the call ????)

Note also that only one person should be speaking on behalf of a
constituency on a teleconference - the others should be listening only.

>From the 20 Nov GNSO Council meeting:
"That for the purpose of the WHOIS task forces, constituencies be
allowed to appoint more than one person to listen in on teleconferences
and to participate in the mailing list, but in any single teleconference
or physical meeting, there is only one person from the constituency to
represent the constituency's views."
