Tom and others who signed the document - this is an interesting idea, and I would propose - with your agreement - to have a registrar constituency call where you can explain it further and answer questions. Perhaps the constituency would endorse or suggest changes. But, in any case, it is an important opportunity to vet this or other such proposals.

European Registrars for the sake of presenting one feasable way
of moving forward on the whois issue .The draft will be send as
input to the current Whois Taskforces 1 and 2. and is already
